Yes. FacturZen is used by individual landlords (1–10 units), French SCI structures and small agencies managing multiple portfolios. You can add unlimited properties, units and tenants on the Pro plan and link them to distinct leases.
How does FacturZen generate rent receipts automatically?
Once a lease is configured (rent, charges, due date), FacturZen issues a monthly rent notice and, upon payment, a PDF rent receipt listing landlord, tenant, period and the rent/charges breakdown — aligned with French Civil Code expectations (loi 89-462, article 21).
Where is my data stored?
All data — properties, tenants, leases, payments and PDF documents — is hosted on servers located in France with a GDPR-compliant provider. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account.
Can I try FacturZen for free?
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can add 1 property, 1 unit and 1 tenant during the trial. After 14 days you can upgrade to Pro (unlimited) or stop without charge.
