Do I need to install software to use FacturZen?
No. FacturZen is a 100% online (SaaS) platform accessible from any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), on desktop, tablet or phone. Create an account, log in to app.facturzen.com and start managing properties straight away.
Is my data safe in the cloud?
Yes. Data is hosted in France on GDPR-compliant infrastructure, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Backups run daily and we follow standard security practices (strong auth, access logs, environment separation).
Can I manage my properties from my phone?
Yes. The FacturZen interface is fully responsive: from your phone you can check overdue rent, record a payment, download a receipt or reply to a tenant. No app to install — a home-screen shortcut is enough.
What happens if I don't have internet?
The app needs internet to keep your data synced across devices. However, PDFs you've already generated (receipts, notices) remain downloadable and viewable offline like any other file.
Can I give access to my accountant or property manager?
Yes. FacturZen has three roles: landlord, manager and tenant. You can invite your accountant as a manager with read/export-only permissions, or a mandataire with broader rights. Each role has its own dedicated workspace.
Can my tenants access a personal portal?
Yes. Each tenant gets a dedicated portal to view their receipts, rent notices, payment history and documents (lease, inventory). This dramatically reduces back-and-forth emails to retrieve documents and improves the rental relationship.
